Terms of Service
These terms describe use of Beetzee at beetzee.cloud, including its project tools and Upload Link. Questions can be sent to 1@beetzee.cloud. Specific signed agreements, approved quotations and purchase terms continue to govern the work or services they cover.
Your account and authorised use
Use accurate information and protect your account. Only connect accounts, folders and services that you own or are authorised to use. Do not bypass access controls, impersonate others, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you provide. You give Beetzee permission to process that content as needed to perform the features you request. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload or share content, including personal information belonging to other people.
Collecting files through Upload Link
The organiser is responsible for connecting the intended Google account, selecting the correct destination folder, managing Google Drive permissions and storage, and sharing or closing the upload link. Contributors should confirm that the link belongs to the intended organiser before sending files. Submitted files go to the organiser’s chosen Google Drive folder.
Upload Link transfers file contents directly from the contributor’s device to Google Drive. Google account restrictions, storage availability, network conditions and service limits can prevent or interrupt an upload. The organiser should confirm receipt in Google Drive. Beetzee is not a substitute for maintaining your own backups.
Google and other connected services
Connected services remain subject to their providers’ terms and availability. You may revoke Google authorization in your Google account settings. Revoking a connection can stop related Beetzee features and does not remove files already delivered to Google Drive.
Prices and service limits
Any applicable price, allowance or subscription terms are those presented for the service or purchase. These terms do not add a fee or replace an existing purchased benefit. Safety limits may apply to protect accounts and prevent abuse.
Availability and support
Beetzee may need maintenance or experience interruptions. Report delivery problems or incorrect records promptly and keep copies of important content. Access may be restricted when needed to address abuse, security problems or legal obligations. Any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Privacy and updates
Read the Privacy Policy for how information and Google connections are handled. Updated terms will be published here with their effective date; material changes will be communicated where required. Changes do not rewrite an existing signed project agreement.
